The Lounge

Our goal is to make our customers as comfortable as possible both on the bike and off the bike. This area features a relaxed environment where we can design bikes together, talk about riding positions, catch-up on international racing or just enjoy an espresso while your bike is being fixed.

Bicycle Fitting

Having the proper fit on your bicycle is of the utmost importance. We believe strongly that, “A great fit can make a mediocre bike feel like a dream machine; and the dream machine that has the wrong fit is a total nightmare!” We offer a complementary fitting for riders at the initial time of purchase. In addition we also offer our services to any rider who is looking to make adjustments to their position.

·        Complementary Fitting – This is our way of saying thank you to our customers. We extend our Complementary Fitting to you when you purchase a new bicycle from us. We address the vertical seat height, horizontal seat displacement and handle bar configuration.

·        The Right Fit – As riders develop their positions, their needs, wants and ability changes. In order to accomplish the right fit we listen to our customers, use state of the art technology by our certified fit specialist and determine the feasibility of change. We are also able to do a power assessment for a full evaluation of efficiency. This service is available to any rider who is looking to have an analysis or alter their position. 24 Hour Turnaround Service

Are you short on time? If so, please try our guaranteed 24 hour turnaround service! We offer this option to our customers who desire the fastest possible turnaround time possible. A small premium is associated with this service which we like to call “a comforting guarantee” that your bike will be done on time. This option is not available to scenarios where parts must be ordered.
