"With years of cycling and experience with racing, I was under the impression there wasn't room for improvements. Of course I was WRONG !!!!!!! I began experiencing tremendous fatigue and loss of desire to ride my bike. Upon speaking with several people and recommendations about fittings, I sought out Banning. The time spent was deliberate and detailed oriented for a perfect fit. Ultimately the results were 2 minutes off my first time trial, total loss of fatigue and a new found passion to train. "I have been an avid runner for years, but after 7 foot surgeries in 3 years my running days are few and far in between. If you are a runner that has experienced similar trauma you can understand my despair as my sport of choice has had to slow down.

 I started riding an entry level bicycle in January 05 and tried to shift my passion for running into cycling.  Life on the bike was ok, but painful, especially in the shoulders and neck areas…………..Then Banning opened his shop!!!!!!!  For Valentine’s Day 2007 my Boyfriend bought me a Pinarello F4:13 and my life changed.  Banning and Mark spent a lot of time fitting me to my new bike. I feel as if I am one with it. My enthusiasm for riding is now unimaginable.  

Just like running most of the enjoyment comes from the people you associate with—On the Sunday rides, Banning, Paul, Shorty and Pam have gone way out of their way to make me feel welcome and teach me the techniques and skills required to develop as an effective cyclist.
